Refund & Exchange Policy

We’re dedicated to providing a great experience for our customers. Our Refund and Exchange Policy is designed to be clear and transparent, while adhering to regulations. Please review the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and store credits. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!

Definition of Defective Products

We define a ‘defective’ product as one that shows clear signs of manufacturing flaws, such as broken packaging, unsealed or tampered containers, or other noticeable damage that affects usability. Please note that individual experiences with cannabis vary, and product effects or personal satisfaction do not qualify as a defect.

Proof of Purchase

To process a return or exchange, proof of purchase is required. This can be in the form of a receipt or a digital record showing the purchase date and product details. Providing this information helps us verify and expedite your request for a smooth experience. Please note that while we cannot physically take back defective products, we’re happy to issue store credit and provide a replacement for eligible items. 

Time Limit for Returns and Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges of defective products must be made within 3 days of the purchase date. While requests made after this timeframe are generally not eligible, exceptions may be considered at the manager’s discretion.

Original Packaging Requirement

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be in their original packaging and ideally unopened. For vape devices such as pods, cartridges, and disposables, only minimally used items with clear signs of a manufacturing defect will qualify for an exchange or store credit. Items that show excessive use or wear beyond initial testing may not be eligible.

Exchange or Store Credit Only

For eligible defective products, we’re happy to offer a replacement of the same item. The value of the original purchase will be applied as store credit toward your replacement. While we’re unable to provide additional credit beyond the amount paid, our team is here to help ensure you leave with a product that works as intended. Due to regulatory guidelines and store policy, we are unable to issue refunds.

Customer Satisfaction and Manager Discretion

Our goal is to provide a positive experience for all our customers. If your concern falls outside our standard policy, please speak with a manager. In some cases, management may offer a one-time exception, such as store credit or an exchange, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, certain products – including opened flower, edibles, tinctures, and concentrates – cannot be returned or exchanged once the product has left our store or property. These restrictions are in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products and to comply with regulatory standards.

Non-Cannabis Retail Items (Accessories)

We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for non-cannabis items – such as vape batteries, grinders, and other accessories – provided they are in new, unused condition and returned within 7 days of purchase.
